Our chef Alessio Baldini, thanks to his passion and long experience, has a deep knowledge and mastery of raw materials and local cuisine; he manages to give life to creative and unique dishes, in which refinement and tradition merge creating unforgettable experiences for the palate.

Fresh, carefully selected and balanced ingredients make up a tasty and at the same time healthy and light cuisine. Bread, breadsticks and fresh pasta are homemade. Particular attention is also paid to our guests with specific dietary needs or intolerances.

For our customers every evening our chef and his team create a 5-course tasting menu for real gourmands with delicious alternatives including typical local dishes. We only use zero-kilometer products with our local suppliers.

Some evenings during the week we offer special buffets: fish and crudités, refined selections of cheeses, homemade desserts and petite patisserie.

Every morning our guests can recharge their batteries with a rich and tasty breakfast buffet, both sweet and savory: you will find homemade cakes, cold cuts and cheeses, various types of fresh bread, fresh fruit, excellent jams, yoghurt and much more.

Furthermore, the à la carte offer is also tempting… eggs prepared in different ways, crêpes, waffles, centrifuges and many other freshly prepared delicacies.
