Our chef Alessio Baldini, thanks to his passion and long experience, has a deep knowledge and mastery of raw materials and local cuisine; he manages to give life to creative and unique dishes, in which refinement and tradition merge creating unforgettable experiences for the palate.
Fresh, carefully selected and balanced ingredients make up a tasty and at the same time healthy and light cuisine. Bread, breadsticks and fresh pasta are homemade. Particular attention is also paid to our guests with specific dietary needs or intolerances.
