Our chef Alessio Baldini, thanks to his passion and long experience, has a deep knowledge and mastery of raw materials and local cuisine; he manages to give life to creative and unique dishes, in which refinement and tradition merge creating unforgettable experiences for the palate.

Fresh, carefully selected and balanced ingredients make up a tasty and at the same time healthy and light cuisine. Bread, breadsticks and fresh pasta are homemade.

For our customers every evening our chef and his team create a menu with delicious alternatives including typical local dishes. We only use zero-kilometer products with our local suppliers.

Some evenings during the week we offer special buffets: fish and crudités, refined selections of cheeses, homemade desserts and petite patisserie.
